How to Make a Return — Step by Step

Returning something is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

Step 1  Contact us first

Get in touch with us before sending anything back. You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by visiting us in store. We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and advise you on next steps — including whether a restocking fee applies.

Step 2  Pack your item carefully

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original labels still attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Step 3  Send it back to us

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Step 4  We’ll be in touch

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following must apply:

  • The return is initiated within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in new, unused condition — not worn, washed, or altered.
  • All original labels and tags are still attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Clothing and footwear may be tried on to check sizing — this is acceptable provided labels remain attached and the item shows no signs of wear.

Charges: Postage & Restocking Fee

We want to be completely upfront about any costs involved in making a return.

Return Postage

The cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, particularly for higher-value items. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 5% of the item value may apply. If this is relevant to your return, we will communicate this clearly before your return is processed — you will never be charged without being informed first.

Item Condition Requirements

⚠️  We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original labels and packaging.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received:

  • Unused and unworn (trying on for fit is acceptable).
  • All original labels and swing tags must still be attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging — shoe boxes, garment bags, etc.
  • Free from odours, pet hair, makeup, or any signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if returned items do not meet these conditions. You will be notified if this is the case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt and advise on the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If a restocking fee applies, this will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us in the first instance via the contact form on our website or visit us in store and we’ll be happy to help.

Out of Stock Items

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to an item being out of stock and you would prefer a refund, we will process this as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please work through these steps:

  • Check your bank account — the credit may already be there.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary.
  • Contact your bank directly.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us via the contact form on our website.

Gift Orders

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once we receive the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be returned to the original buyer.
