Delivery

Upon reciept of your order, taking into
account any special instructions, we will process your order that day.
If your order is placed before 3pm, we will ship out same day.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
For us to issue you a refund or exchange the product you were sent must be unused (apart from acceptable unpackaging to try on if clothing or footwear) The product should be returned to us in all original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any issues with your order.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you have returned your item and all is in good order, or if we have not had stock of your item and you would like a refund, we process these quickly but can take up to 7 working days to process through to your account.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Most of our images are from suppliers for our products. We do not hold ownership of said media, however, any imagery relating to our store or staff members are our own and we retain all rights to these images and may pursue legal action for their unlawful use.

3. Contact forms

We have on our contact page a contact form for purposes of sending us an enquiry. We do not store any of this data for any other use than to communicate with you.

4. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Mailing List

We use Mailchimp to build and maintain our mailing list service. Mailchimp is fully GDPR complient with up to date rules and regulations around the opt in options you have for us to use your data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we will use this data to send you monthly offers and promotions via e-mail. At any time, you retain the option to unsubscribe, either on our website or on one our emails.
