Dance Sneakers

Dance sneakers are perfect for hip hop dancing, street dancing, break dancing and modern dance. The designs are usually split sole, meaning there’s support at the front and back of the foot but very little in the middle so these are only suitable for dancing. The split sole design helps promote flexibility, supporting the foot movement and placement during dance routines. Designs differ and are suited to different dance routines. A smooth sole will make it easier to spin whereas a design with notches at the heel will support stability for ballroom dancers doing lifts.
