Dance Leotards

Dance Leotards are an essential item for taking any type of dance class. The tight fitting nature of the leotard allows dance teachers and choreographers to see the exact dance positions of students, letting them spot misalignments, poor posture and provide better dance tuition.  If this is your first time purchasing a leotard, find out from the dance teacher if they follow any regulation bodies such as the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance), the  ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) or the BATD (British Association of Teachers of Dancing). If they do, you’d need to buy a regulation dance leotard to meet the exam requirements.
